FIRST TIME

HERE GOES!
Stacy Logan Alfano, got me started on this thing. I hope I don't bore anyone w/ the random details of my life.
Many of you know there are some major changes going on in my life right now. I am happy to report that the enemy will not get me down and he has NOT won! I know who I am in HIM and because of that I and secure and confident. My child is protected by the blood of the lamb and I know all of God's promises are "Yes and Amen!"
I will not go into the random details of what's happening just know that I am happy and I thank first of all my God for that happiness. I thank my son Zachary for brightening everyday of my life with his wonderful personality (( I love you Zachary!)) I also thank my family for their support. I thank my friends who have been just absolutely incredible to me during this past year. I am looking forward to bigger and better things and I cannot wait to see what else God has in store.
In order to update you on my life. Well there's not too much too tell. Yes is the answer I will soon be single again. Gina and I remain friends and that is what is important for Zachary!
I have been really working on myself physically and have made incredible strides to be in the best shape of my life. I have with God's help dropped over 70 pounds and have gone from a 38 waist pant to now a 29. All of this has been accomplished since January 3, 2007. I did not realize I weighed that much, but I did. I am happy with my physical appearance so far and looking toward this time next year still improving. It is a life-style now and I love every minute of it. I work out about 6 days a week. Monday through Friday I work out (alternating days) upper and lower body and I start each session w/ at least 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, and also on Monday evenings & Saturday mornings I attend a spin class. Plus I strictly watch what I eat closely (lots and lots of protien!) I drink plenty of water and I still have my cheat days where I can enjoy the stuff I would love to eat all the time (breads and pasta). I am excited I am attaining this now because in 2008 my 20 year class reunion happens! You know how that is......
I am on the worship ministry team at Bradford Sanctuary of Praise. I have the pleasure of playing a brand new Yamaha MO8 keyboard. That thing is incredible! It produces the best sound and I truly enjoy playing it!
I am also still teaching the drum majors at Pinson Valley High School. I think I'm on my 14th year there doing that! Wow time does fly by.

Zachary is in the first grade at Pinson Elementary and loves every moment of it. He is so smart and reads far far better than I did when I was his age. He is just so amazing. He really been working the band deal lately. He went w/ me to Gadsden game w/ the band and was way too cool to hang w/ Dad. He hung around the drum majors (Kensi and Michae) most of the time. He's been at home conducting and making up salutes. He actually can conduct. He's just like his daddy and mommy on that one. That's just something I'll never forget.

Well alot going on this time of year w/ band and all. We have competition season coming up the big kick off to it is this weekend and I'll be pretty busy for the next month on Saturdays.

Well that catches everyone up on me. I'll update as things progress......

Love to all!
